Indoor Dining Now Available at Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria

Legendary Deep Dish Pizzeria Set to Open At All Locations for Indoor Dining

Chicagoland restaurants - Lou Malnati'sNorthbrook, IL (June 26, 2020) – Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria announces the reopening of indoor dining locations throughout the Chicagoland area. Depending on location, the restaurants are scheduled to offer indoor seating starting Friday, June 26th over the coming week. Please check to confirm which locations are open for indoor and outdoor dining, store hours and more details.

The full-service restaurants will offer indoor dining, outdoor dining, curbside pick-up, no contact delivery, and drop off catering services for hungry fans in the Windy City. The indoor
spaces will meet CDC guidelines and dining room capacity will be reduced to allow for proper
social distancing with tables six feet apart. The outdoor spaces feature patios or tents with
limited tables also spaced appropriately. Lou Malnati’s will begin to offer indoor dining at all
restaurants except for Michigan Avenue which will remain temporarily closed for now.

While the company is excited that stores are reopening, the health and safety of their
customers and team members remains their number one priority. The following steps are
being taken to ensure everyone’s safety and provide the best dining experience: Social
Distancing, Health Checks, Cleanliness Standards, Single-Use Items and Limited Contact.

The indoor dining capacity will be reduced to 25% depending on location, to allow for proper
social distancing. Health checks will be performed daily as employees arrive for their shifts.
Cleanliness standards will be practiced with enhanced protocols including proper hand washing,
glove usage, and wearing masks. Single-use items including paper menus will be provided to
every guest with individual packets of red pepper, parmesan, etc. and will be given upon
request. Limited contact will be offered as servers will ask guests if they would like their pizza
and salad to be served, or would preferred to do it themselves. For those that don’t want to
dine in, curbside pick-up and no-contact delivery will remain available for all customers.

As Illinois enters Phase 4, Marc Malnati, owner, is looking forward to opening indoor dining in
the Chicagoland community. Marc said, “We’re excited to reopen our restaurants and want to
support the economy by providing jobs in the local communities we serve.” He also added,
