Meet Chicago Northwest welcomes CHICAGO TOY SOLDIER SHOW to Hyatt Regency Schaumburg on Sunday, September 24, 2017

Brings hundreds of exhibitors and collectors in from all over the world

Schaumburg, IL (September 11, 2017) – Sunday, September 24 will be the 37th consecutive year for the Chicago Toy Soldier Show, which takes place at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, 1800 East Golf Rd in Schaumburg.

The Show starts at 10 am and ends at 3:30 pm.

The Chicago Toy Soldier Show is the largest and possibly oldest show dedicated solely to toy soldier collecting, explain Show managers and owners Jan and Roger Garfield.

You will find every imaginable type of antique and vintage toy soldier at our Show, some dating back to the 1700s. There are also exquisite scale-model soldiers that are not meant to played with, only admired on the collector’s shelf. Visitors will also find new production toy soldiers in metal and plastic, made in the style of the old military toys. You can even find currently produced reproductions, often made from the same molds that produced the old soldiers.

Guests will have a wonderful experience visiting over 400 tables manned by 150+ Vendors and major toy soldier manufacturers from across the nation and from around the world. All the toys are for sale, and there are soldiers for every budget.

Come and revisit the toys from your childhood and see history in miniature—not only military miniatures, but also related farm, circus, and other civilian themes.

Admission is $8 for adults and free for children 12 and under who are accompanied by adults. The Show is family oriented with special activities for children….selfie booth in uniform, treasure hunts, and free toy soldiers.
