SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (Oct. 3, 2018) – Woodfield Mall continues its engagement with Susan G. Komen® this October, encouraging employees, retailers and shoppers to participate in activities and discount programming that contribute to Susan G. Komen’s bold goal of reducing the current number of breast cancer deaths by 50 percent in the U.S. by 2026. Through Oct. 29, Woodfield Mall will be one of more than 150 Simon Malls®, The Mills® and Premium Outlets® nationwide supporting Susan G. Komen through the More Than Pink® initiative.

“Our shoppers, retailers and employees have continued to show an overwhelming amount of support and commitment to Susan G. Woodfield Mall visitors can support Susan G. Komen through a variety of More Than Pink® programming, including:

More Than Pink® Digital Discount Card – Shoppers making a $10 text or online donation to Susan G. Komen will receive a Digital Discount Card, providing 15 or 25 percent off one item at close to 40 participating mall retailers, including Fabletics, H&M, Gymboree, Hollister, francesca’s, Tommy Bahama, Vera Bradley, Arhaus, Godiva, Martin Lawrence Galleries and others. By texting “Komen” to 74666 or going online to, and donating $10, shoppers will instantly receive a digital PDF of the More Than Pink® Discount Card on their phone or desktop. All proceeds from the sale of Discount Cards benefit Susan G. Komen.

More Than Pink® Hero Wall & Spin-to-Win Game – An opportunity for survivors and their families to visually articulate their strength during their fight against breast cancer. Shoppers can visit Guest Services, located in Woodfield Mall’s Grand Court, to purchase a sticker for a $1 donation and post the sticker on the More Than Pink® Hero Wall. Donors can also spin the wheel for their chance to win a variety of More Than Pink® promotional items, including lapel pins, mini water bottles and pens. All proceeds go to Susan G. Komen.

Susan G. Komen® Visa® Simon Giftcard® – Woodfield Mall supports the fight against breast cancer year-round through the sale of Susan G. Komen® Visa® Simon Giftcards®. For every specially-designated Giftcard purchased, Simon donates $1 to Susan G. Komen.**
